About gretchen
Gretchen grew up in the Fox Valley area and continues to reside there with her husband, Miles. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Liberty University and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Gretchen works with ages 14 and up and specializes in areas including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life adjustments, relationship concerns, addictions, grief, and trauma. She is passionate about building a safe space with clients where emotions can be processed in healthy ways, while also pointing toward the source of true hope and healing- Jesus Christ.

What do you do in your free time?
- Enjoying God’s creation! I love kayaking, scuba diving, hiking, fishing, and going for drives in the country. I am slowly re-learning the violin as an adult. And most of all, I love spending quality time with friends, family, and my pup Ramona.
What is your favorite Bible verse?
- Matthew 10:29-31: "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows."
If you could meet anyone in history who would it be?
- Corrie and Betsie ten Boom. In the midst of unbelievably difficult circumstances, they demonstrated great faith, courage, and obedience to the will of God.
